How do you ship & how quickly will I receive my order?
We ship using the most economical method we can. Sometimes that’s Fed Ex ground, UPS Ground, or USPS.   All of our orders are shipped with 24-48 hrs from your purchase date. If you order after 4:30 on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday morning.

Will I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
Not at this time. However, the laws may be changing. We’ll keep you posted if tax will be charged.

What types of payment do you accept?
We offer secure online payment options such as Visa, Master Card, and Discover. For your convenience we also accept payments through PayPal. You can also call us to place your orders at 1-800-217-1114.

Is your website secure?
Yes. Our site uses 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. We are also partners with McAfee Secure & Verisign to guarantee our highest level of security compliance yet.

How do I place an order?
You may place your order 7 days a week, 24hrs a day on our website; www.shoulderdolly.com You may also call our expert customer service toll free at: (800) 217-1114 (8:30am-5:00pm MST Mon-Fri) to place your order over the telephone and discuss any further inquiries you may have.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?
Yes. To place an order with a delayed shipping date it’s best that you call us via the phone to place your order, and our customer representatives will better assist you with all available shipping dates.

How long has Nielsen Products, LLC been in business?
We are a family business with over 35 years experience in manufacturing. So you can rest assured that with our connections overseas, and our direct buying/manufacturing ability, you’ll receive top quality product.

Do you charge restocking fee?
We do NOT charge a restocking fee if your order is returned within 30 days. However, you must obtain an RMA# (return merchandise authorization) prior to shipping back any product. To obtain an RMA, please contact us at (800) 217-1114 and have your order number available. If your order was shipped more than 30 days prior, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

Will I pay for shipping back?
On all purchases over $499 we offer FREE returns. We’ll either email you a return label, or  have the order picked up from your address. For all orders under $499, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

When will my refund be processed?
We process all returns within 72hrs. However, we do ask you that you allow 7-10 business days for your refund to post back to your credit-card.
